To reserve your date, a signed contract & a non-refundable retainer fee is required. Unfortunately, I cannot hold any dates without these requirements.
I sure do! I’ve had the honor of documenting a few weddings around the world.
Yes! I am now making it a requirement to have at least one meeting before your wedding. It can either be in person at a near by coffee shop or over skype/facet.
You bet! Please contact me for more info!
Definitely during sunset. I would recommend having at least 30-45 minutes before the sunset, and after.
Getting a wedding coordinator! Or at least a "day of" coordinator. For my wedding, we had a "day of" coordinator and I didn't have to worry about all the logistics. I got to really enjoy my wedding day without the stress!
A date, time, and location must be confirmed 3 weeks before the session.
I sure do! :)
It is not required, but most of my post wedding sessions happen in the water. If you’re not comfortable with being in the water, please let me know.
If the conditions aren’t ideal, we can re-schedule the session depending on both of our availability.
Once I receive a signed contract, and non-refundable retainer fee, we can discuss possible dates for your engagement session depending on both of our availability.
Ummm... HECK YEA! Let me hear your ideas!
Yes! I ultimately focus on your surroundings and work with whatever I have on location, but if you have certain props you want to use, you are more than welcome to bring them!
Bring different types of outfits! Most couples bring one formal, one casual. Some guys use the same outfit for both formal & casual... don't do that (your fiancée will not be happy).
I am currently based in Honolulu, Hawaii with my wonderful wife, Emi. It's been a blessing to have photographed a few weddings out of state, so don't be afraid to contact me! I would love to hear about your adventure!
I currently shoot with a Canon 5d mk III, Canon 5d mk IV, and a wide variety of Canon Lenses. Will be posting detailed gear in the "reviews & tips" section soon!
Right after high school, I moved to Los Angeles, and my parents bought me a Canon Rebel XT as a going away gift. The whole reason I was in Los Angeles was to pursuit music (with my band at the time). After a year in Los Angeles, we did a few tours around the US and always had my camera with me. I had no clue what I was doing with my camera and didn't understand all the settings. Eventually, everything started to make sense and understood how cameras work.
Beach day with my beautiful wife, snorkeling, hiking, street photography, landscape photography, watching basketball/football, and sometimes some online battlefield 1 or call of duty gameplay on PS4.
